Directions

• Diffusion: Add 4–8 drops to a diffuser, alone or blended with lighter oils.
• Massage: Dilute 3–5 drops per 10ml of carrier oil before topical use.
• Skincare: Mix 1–2 drops with a carrier oil or balm before application.
• Bathing: Add 5–8 drops diluted in carrier oil or milk to bathwater.
• Inhalation: Add to a tissue or personal inhaler as desired.
