Directions for Use

• Diffuser: Add 4–8 drops to water in a diffuser
• Massage: Dilute 3–5 drops per 10ml of carrier oil
• Bath: Add 4–8 drops to bathwater (pre-mixed with carrier oil)
• Inhalation: Add 2–3 drops to hot water and inhale vapour
